*"Ready....aim....THROW! Here I come you looser OCTILLERY!"

Drawing from @wizlicos latest Sketch Stream where I asked for some Fan Art from The Last Hope SCAR, the Pokemon RPG I am part of. In the last episode, there was an Octillery up top of a Rampart, and Midnight the Zoroark teamed up with Shale the Sandshrew to "Fastball Special" Shale on top of the Rampart to get him in close. Thus, this is art of the situation.
