So proud of child. Today he wrote code to convert ints to roman numerals in #CSharp and in the process implemented an algorithm I haven't seen before.
He had to practice writing out roman numerals by hand until he got the hang of it, then implemented his method in code using string substitution (!)
I helped him to keep on track and debug but all the ideas and implementation was him. So proud 😸
