Today I received my Christmas present. From me, for me. ๐ It's a skull crusher! Just kidding, it's a #carving #axe ("Carpenter Finnish Hatchet"). It fits very comfortably in the hand and, as you would expect from #FadirTools AKA #KharkivForge, it is razor sharp and beautiful. What I really appreciate about their tools, besides the quality, is that they all come with a matching, high-quality leather protection.

I gave myself a Christmas present that arrived shortly after Christmas from #Kharkiv, #Ukraine. A "#Twca Cam" (Welsh for curved knife) and an "banana #adze" from #FadirTools AKA #KharkivForge. As always, sharp as hell! I'm really impressed โ once again!
Some of you may have noticed that I'm a huge #FadirTools / #KharkivForge fanboy. You think I'm advertising this forge from #Ukraine? You're damn right! ๐ But I can assure you: I'm not being paid a penny for this, I do it out of conviction. I recently received two new tools that I ordered a few weeks ago and I already love them. ๐คฉ These guys do an incredibly good job! Every order I get is like Christmas for me.

My latest purchase from #FadirTools aka #KharkivForge from #Kharkiv in #Ukraine arrived last week, as usual in a perfect and ready-to-use condition. It's a #froe! Took me some time to find the German translation for this #woodworking tool: #Schindeleisen. The German word for this tool is based on its widespread use: It was and still is used to make roof shingles.

Today my third order from #FadirTools / #KharkivForge arrived from #Kharkiv in #Ukraine. A small draw knife and a small hook knife. Never worked with this before and in my current living situation I'll probably won't have many chances to use a #drawknife unfortunately but I always wanted one and living situations may change. Delivered via #NovaPoshta, the sick ruSSian terrorists bombed the post office in Kharkiv two days after my package passed by!
