I gave myself a Christmas present that arrived shortly after Christmas from #Kharkiv, #Ukraine. A "#Twca Cam" (Welsh for curved knife) and an "banana #adze" from #FadirTools AKA #KharkivForge. As always, sharp as hell! I'm really impressed – once again!

On display in the Wiltshire Museum - a beautifully polished jadeite axe.
Over 5,000 years old and was brought there from the Northern Italian Alps during the Neolithic.
It would likely have taken around 1,000 hours (!!) to grind & polish. #museum #WiltshireMuseum #adze #Jadeite
