Engage the #JustBecauseYouCan (1x day for a stranger, an intentional gifting of resource at need).
My rage is on the ego that keeps us tenterhooked and trapped. I spend that freely there. I recommend it. Let no authority rest while we are harmed and suffer.
That is just civic sense. We are lax for convenience. So some sitting with that, too.

I have called this the #JustBecauseYouCan since about 1988 and my version goes:
If every human did one thing, every day, for a stranger, an other, even (gasp) an "enemy" who was in need - just because you can - we would rapidly run out of problems to solve.
(I don't think I'll see it in my lifetime, but I can dream.)
