- changed health/Ki restoratives to be less ugly

As I finished this one at 3:18 AM all I remember doing (though I'm sure there's more considering how many hours it took) was:

- Added a small help/tutorial section at the beginning
- Added save rooms... meet my dear departed cat Bonecrusher!
- Fiddled with teleporter code
- Fiddled with Ki restoration powerups

Jessica's Uncomfortable Hanukkah Adventure has been updated to .032m

- changed fall animation so it triggers after peak of jump.
- added more forgiveness to the jump controls and walking off the ledge. If you miss your jump or walk off an edge you've got a tenth of a second to fix it.
- 10 frame buffer for jumping and attacking, less "hey! I pushed that button why didn't it happen?"
- modification of hitbox on crouching attack.
