@MisterNicholas Honestly, I don't think there's a way for them to actually be distributed and them be treated in the manner into which they should be (short of magical faeries putting them under your pillow at night). They're supposed to be rewards and tokens of gratitude. But they've just become forms of compensation without just saying overtly they're payment.
So #JudgeAcademy and conferences have mostly become "how do I maximize my EV and get most foils" instead of community and education.
