That's interesting, I was thinking more of the conservative movements of the 1970s, how Chuck Colson took Nixon's defeat, and basically said, "Never again," creating a coalition of political forces and propaganda ("Faux News" and the like) to basically make their own pocket universe.

La emperatriz
Me oye teclear. No es el aporreo frenético del trabajo, sí el pausado. Se detiene, deja caer su ratita de peluche y luego sigue con su juego, un siseo que rebota contra algunos muebles de la habitación, alguna embestida más fuerte y un que otro derrape que termina en las paredes.
El mono de la tintaNo hay monos, sí gatos. La reina de la casa acompaña cuando escribo, porque se da una vuelta y me topa, para seguir su camino. Si la cosa va en serio, se enrolla a mi lado mientras me mira desde sus enormes ojos negros y amarillos. Nunca parpadea, lo cual a veces inquieta un poco. No sé si es una orden de «No aflojés» o bien su sello que está más allá del bien y del mal.
