Just reached a major #milestone on an ongoing personal #project.

Basically I’m looking at what I #eat and #drink but not getting into any particular #diet. And move the #body and sweat as much as you can #daily. For me, it’s #walking a lot (to the point of almost not using any public transport within #amsterdam) and playing the #fitnessboxing games by #imageneer for the #nintendoswitch.
