This October we stand with everyone affected by miscarriage and early pregnancy loss โ€” your grief matters, your feelings are valid, and you do not have to go through this alone.

โ€œ๐—œ๐˜โ€™๐˜€ ๐—ผ๐—ธ ๐—ป๐—ผ๐˜ ๐˜๐—ผ ๐—ฏ๐—ฒ ๐—ผ๐—ธ.โ€
Grief is personal and there is no set timeline or โ€œrightโ€ way to feel. If youโ€™re hurting, your pain deserves acknowledgment, compassion and support. Pink Elephantsโ€™ campaign invites partners, family and friends to listen, validate and offer practical care โ€” not platitudes. Small acts of presence can make a big difference.

- Allow yourself to feel whatever comes up โ€” anger, sadness, numbness, relief or confusion.
- Reach out to someone you trust or a support group; talking helps.
- Seek professional help if youโ€™re struggling to cope day-to-day.
- Be gentle with decisions about announcing, memorialising or trying again โ€” do what feels right for you.

- Say their babyโ€™s name if they use one, listen without minimizing, and avoid โ€œat leastโ€ phrases.
- Offer concrete help (meals, childcare, errands) rather than vague offers.
- Let them lead conversations about their loss and timing for future pregnancies.
- Check in beyond the first days and weeks โ€” grief can last much longer than people expect.

We are committed to changing the conversation from โ€œat leastโ€ to โ€œItโ€™s ok not to be ok.โ€ No one should have to walk the journey of miscarriage and pregnancy loss alone.

I found out today that it's #itsoknottobeok until you show symptoms, talk about it, ask for support or be 'Inconvenient' hmmm. Xo

@kdramarama
Attorney Woo was really great and I'm looking really looking forward for the second season.
The Glory was a bit too grim for me, but I did finish it.
Stranger and Goblin I did like both.

My recommendations would be
- Sky Castle (the first episode is a bit boring, but ends with a bang and after that I could not stop watching and it become one of my all time favourites)
- Search WWW (good plot, bautifully framed and shot, excellent music)
- Start-Up (also interesting plot and high production quality, contains one of the most ridiculously funny moments few dramas after it have referenced)
- It's Ok Not To Be OK (the female lead character is quite bad representation, which have turned some off, but otherwise very touching and fun and Moon Sang-tae (played by Oh Jung-se) is one of the best represented autistic characters)

It's not that easy to 'turn that frown upside down'.
