Resistance Organizations Continue to Denounce Zionist Execution Law

Regional Resistance factions continue to denounce the new fascist, draconian zionist execution law. We publish a few below. — Democratic Front for the Liberation of Palestine:

— The “Democratic Front” condemns the prisoner execution law: A fascist escalation that will not break our people’s will

The Democratic Front for the Liberation of Palestine condemns, in the strongest terms, the “israeli” Knesset’s approval of the law to execute Palestinian prisoners in the occupation’s prisons, by a majority of 62 votes to 48. This step constitutes a dangerous qualitative escalation in the occupation’s policies and is a clear expression of its accelerating slide toward fascism and racist legislation.

This criminal law is considered a flagrant violation of all rules of international humanitarian law and reaffirms once again that the occupation state is nothing but a regime based on organized oppression and terrorism. It hides behind slogans of “democracy” and “rule of law” in a misleading attempt to improve its image before the world, while in reality, it practices the ugliest forms of systematic killing and ethnic cleansing against our Palestinian people.

The Front believes that the approval of this law comes in the context of an open war waged by the occupation government against our people, targeting the Palestinian human being in their life, dignity, and rights. This bloody approach will not succeed in breaking the will of our people or deterring them from continuing their legitimate struggle in all its forms; rather, it will make them more steadfast and attached to their fixed national rights, foremost among them freedom, independence, and self-determination.

The Front calls on the international community—governments, parliaments, political forces, and human rights organizations—to assume its legal and moral responsibilities, to break out of the state of silence and complicity, by condemning this racist law clearly and explicitly, and by taking practical steps to isolate the occupation government and hold it accountable for its crimes before international forums and courts.

The Front also demands the provision of immediate international protection for Palestinian prisoners in the occupation’s prisons, the guaranteeing of their full rights in accordance with the Geneva Conventions and international humanitarian law, and working to stop the policies of torture, medical neglect, and slow killing to which they are subjected daily.

Our Palestinian people, who have offered and continue to offer immense sacrifices, will remain loyal to their cause and firmer than all attempts at oppression and extermination, and will continue their struggle until achieving their full and undiminished national rights.

Palestinian Islamic Jihad:

In a dangerous escalation that represents a violation of all human, moral, and international norms and charters, the Knesset of the “israeli” entity approved this evening a law authorizing the application of the death penalty against Palestinian prisoners. This reflects the thirst for bloodshed among the entity’s leaders, the use of the parliamentary framework to pass extermination under the eyes of the entire world, and the transformation of prisons into arenas for political liquidation.

Passing this unjust and unfair law reveals that the legal and judicial system in the entity is nothing but a tool for political revenge aimed at misleading public opinion, no less brutal than the crimes committed by the occupation army in the field.

This decision constitutes a flagrant breach of the Geneva Conventions, particularly the Fourth Convention regarding territories under occupation. It also fundamentally contradicts the principle of prohibiting torture and cruel treatment, and rises to the level of crimes that warrant prosecution before international courts.

In the face of this escalation, the continued international and Arab silence constitutes blatant complicity, which requires a firm stance from international and humanitarian institutions, primarily the International Court of Justice and the UN commission of inquiry, to classify this law as a crime against humanity and work to pursue the entity’s leaders in all international forums.

The approval of this law will not achieve security for the occupation state, but will rather increase the region’s volatility and create a new reality in defense of the prisoners and to safeguard their lives.

We call on our people to escalate the confrontation with the occupation everywhere to strike down this law and save the lives of our prisoners.

Hezbollah:

Hezbollah condemns the move by the “israeli” Knesset to approve what is called the “law on the execution of Palestinian prisoners,” and considers this criminal decision a continuation of the systematic terror of the enemy and a completion of the policy of genocide it is practicing against the sacrificing, patient, and steadfast Palestinian people.

This aggressive decision issued by an artificial, barbaric, and savage entity, which does not recognize any international law and does not adhere to any ethical standards, is a dangerous attempt to institutionalize execution, legitimize intentional killing, and create a false legal cover for a crime that already exists—one that this zionist enemy has practiced for decades against Palestinian prisoners through brutal torture, intentional medical negligence, and all forms of abuse, criminality, and inhumanity.

This entity has reached this level of insolence, arrogance, and criminality due to the shameful international silence and failure regarding all its perpetrations and massacres against children, women, civilians, and journalists, and its targeting of hospitals, schools, and shelters in Palestine, Lebanon, Yemen, and Iran. The international community’s continued policy of overlooking and complacency regarding those zionist crimes and its blatant violations of international and humanitarian laws will only lead to encouraging it to further persist in its crimes and complete the genocide against the Palestinian people.

Hezbollah, as it expresses its full and steadfast solidarity with the heroic Palestinian prisoners and the resisting people of Palestine, calls upon the international community with all its institutions, from the United Nations and the Human Rights Council to the International Committee of the Red Cross, to take urgent and immediate action to shoulder their legal, humanitarian, and moral responsibilities, work to stop this dangerous criminal descent, and secure the necessary protection for Palestinian prisoners unjustly imprisoned in the prisons of the terrorist occupation.

Saraya Al-Quds Spokesman Abu Hamza Affirms Solidarity With Iran

We affirm our full solidarity with the Islamic Republic of Iran—its leadership, people, army, and guards—in the face of the treacherous zionist-American aggression. This targeting is a full-fledged, described crime according to the law of the jungle led by war criminals Trump and Netanyahu; it is an attack on every living entity that pulses with hatred for colonialism and guardianship and rejects submission to the will of arrogance.

We bless the strong and bold response from the Islamic Republic of Iran to this barbaric aggression, which desperately aims to subjugate it and deter it from its legitimate ambitions, and constitutes an advanced step for the zionist-American guardianship project to redraw maps and reshape the region to ensure the zionist entity is enabled to impose its influence. We affirm that the enemy, which failed to break the will of the resistance in Gaza, Yemen, and Lebanon, will once again collide with the steadfastness, resilience, and solidity of Iran and its free mujahid people.

The declared dreams of the American-zionist colonial project in the region will not stop at the borders of Iran in its capacity as the primary supporter of the resistance. What is required of the Arab and Islamic nations is unity of ranks in the face of these aggressive expansionist schemes, and to stand by their responsibilities toward the shared fateful issues of the nation.

We trust in the capability of the Islamic Republic, its valiant armed forces, and the courageous Revolutionary Guard, and in their ability to deter and curb the aggression and inflict defeat upon its forces.

@hiphopheaven @dangillmor Because of what happened on #Oct7. I refuse to equate the victim with the perpetrator. #Israel will have to account for its crimes. But those crimes do not justify #Oct7.

Prior to #Oct7 there were no Israeli troops in Gaza. Gaza was not a rubble. Now #Gaza has #Israeli troops and is a rubble thanks to al-Aqsa Flood operation.
What #Hamas, #IslamicJihad and their cohorts have done is set back the emergence of a Palestine state by decades.

Islamic Jihad Deputy Secretary-General Mohammed Al-Hindi Statement on “Peace Council”

The Peace Council meeting was a theatrical performance that has no relation to what is happening on the ground in terms of killing and destruction, which did not stop even during the performance itself.

The reality is that Trump has decided to collect billions of dollars on the back of destroyed Gaza, not for its reconstruction or relief, but to control its future and the future of Palestine and the region.

The council belongs to U.S. President Donald Trump, the holder of absolute authority, which includes in its membership “israel,” which is still committing crimes in Gaza four months after the announcement of the ceasefire, according to Trump’s 20-point plan, which Arab and Muslim leaders are rallying around in support and blessing.

This plan gives sovereignty to Trump, security to “israel,” and municipal management affairs to the Palestinians. All details are controlled by the sovereign (Trump), whether regarding the date of the entry of the technocratic committee, the entry of aid, the opening of crossings, the start of reconstruction, and so on. As for the mediators, their role ended with the completion of discussions regarding the prisoner exchange deal.

In this Peace Council meeting, the “israeli” vision was imposed, stating that the surrendering of weapons is the gateway to reconstruction, while the Trump administration turned its back on the issue of the “israeli” withdrawal from Gaza and the crimes of the enemy in the West Bank including land confiscation and settlement.

That administration also covered up all of “israel’s” crimes and reneged on its obligations, and any effort or pressure to change this equation was absent.

Palestine was excluded from this Summit, while some talk about a Palestinian state as the West Bank and Al-Quds are being stolen before everyone’s eyes.

The commander of the international force that will be deployed in Gaza and the decision-maker in it is the American who wants to deploy it to occupy Gaza, regardless of any other statements; is the deployment of twenty thousand soldiers to monitor the borders of Gaza, which are 50 kilometers long—meaning an average of 400 soldiers per kilometer? Is this monitoring or occupation?!

We have no choice but more steadfastness and adherence to the land as a way to overcome this crisis; there is no other option.

Nariman Alloush: From South to South, A Life Full of Resistance

Nariman Alloush stood over her son’s body in Deir Al-Balah cemetery and whispered a final farewell. The scene painted decades of war, exile and loss across a journey that began in south Lebanon and ended in Gaza.

Alloush, in her seventies, is the mother of Ali Al-Razayneh, a senior commander in the Palestinian Islamic Jihad. Israel assassinated him earlier this month.

“I have no brother or father here,” she said in her southern Lebanese dialect, as she looked at her son one last time. “Goodbye, Ali. Greet your father and your children who went before you.”

Alloush was born in the Lebanese border town of Hounine, near Northern Galilee. Her life followed the familiar story of the Palestinian struggle. She married a fugitive fighter in the 1970s and later raised sons who chose the same path.

She met her husband Fathi in 1976. He was fighting with the Palestinian revolution in south Lebanon. “We loved each other and shared the same cause,” she said. They married in 1977.

Normal life never came. Assassinations, farewells and displacement became routine. The family moved between Beirut’s Tal Al-Zaatar and Burj Al-Barajneh camps. She gave birth to her daughter Nisreen, then to twins, Mustafa and Ali.

In Lebanon, Alloush witnessed the War of the Camps and lost relatives in the violence. She remembers the massacres of Sabra and Shatila and the devastation of southern villages. The memories remain vivid decades later.

In 1994, she returned to Gaza with her husband and seven children. Ali and Mustafa were 13 at the time. Before that, she had raised them alone in Lebanon while her husband left Beirut with Palestinian fighters to Yemen. They reunited in Gaza after the Palestinian Authority returned to the territory.

From Burj Al-Barajneh and Nabatieh in Lebanon to Jabalia camp and Beit Lahia in northern Gaza, the children grew up quickly.

With the outbreak of the second Intifada, her sons Ali and Hussein joined the resistance. Their names surfaced during Israeli incursions in northern Gaza.

“My sons chose their path,” she said. “No one could stop them despite the hardships.”

Alloush endured five wars in Gaza. Ali became a prime target for assassination. He survived attempts in 2014 and 2021. Israel also tried to kill him during escalations in 2022 targeting Islamic Jihad’s military leadership.

The 2014 war was the hardest. An Israeli strike destroyed her home in Beit Lahia. “They told me the house was bombed. I said it was just dust on Ali and Hussein’s boots,” she recalled. Later, more strikes followed. “They bombed homes over our heads to reach Ali. We were all injured.”

Her daughters Amal and Ghada lost their legs. She took them to Lebanon for treatment. After ensuring their recovery, she returned to Gaza in 2018, even though her husband had died in 2011. “I couldn’t leave. Gaza is my second home. It’s the home of my children and my family.”

Since October 7, she said, the suffering has been relentless. For months she could not see Ali or Hussein. “I sat all day in Jabalia camp hoping to see them by chance,” she said. She couldn’t see them for eight months.

During Israel’s third incursion into Jabalia, Hussein was wounded on the battlefield. His leg was amputated before Israeli forces arrested him from Kamal Adwan Hospital. Earlier, Ali’s young son Baraa was killed in a strike on Al-Shifa Hospital.

“After the truce, I thanked God that Ali was still alive,” she said. “And I prayed for Hussein’s release.”

One of his fellow fighters told Al-Akhbar that Ali was relentless. “He never left the battlefield and knew no fear. Each time warplanes struck the house or shelter where he was staying, he would shake off the dust, endure his wounds, and press on. He was wounded twice. His heart broke again and again at the deaths of his comrades, one after another, then at the death of his son Baraa, and later at the injury and arrest of his brother, commander Hussein. Despite it all, he remained steadfast.”

Earlier this month, Israel succeeded in killing him.

Alloush speaks often of her Lebanese roots. She says she is proud of her country’s support for Gaza. “No one stood with Gaza like our people in Lebanon and Yemen,” she said. She also expressed admiration for the late Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah. “When he was killed, I felt every sacrifice we made for Palestine was small.”

As the sun set over the Mediterranean, she prepared to return to her tent in Deir Al-Balah, where she’s now displaced.

“Israel thinks this is over. It’s not,” she said. “There are thousands of orphans in Gaza and Lebanon. They will grow up and ask where their parents went. They will learn who killed them. If Israel believes that after all this blood a generation will rise to greet it with flowers, it is deeply mistaken. Palestine does not die. Injustice has an end.”
