Not a doctorI'm old, so perhaps I'm misremembering. When #SouthwestAirlines really was small, you always had to check them separately because they were excluded from #SABRE because they were pricing their tickets significantly lower. So they had to develop their own tech.
That said, I'm certain they declined opportunities to upgrade - this is pretty standard for everywhere.
Perhaps they are #insured and perhaps not.
