I'm rapidly getting to the stage in the volunteering roles I am in where if people keep trying to be helpful by doing the bits I enjoy to save me some time, I'm going to stop doing the bits I don't enjoy which means they will have to start doing them.

I do the bits I don't enjoy so I can do the bits I do. I'm not doing boring stuff just so other people can do fun stuff...
