Its the parents responsibility to make sure their stupid kids dont go online and look at stuff they aren't supposed to. "Ohhhh parents dont know enough about technology and they cant be around all the time" not my problem. I didnt have kids for multiple reasons one of them is I don't want that annoying responsibility, so hey parents keep that responsibility to yourself and stop using ignorance of technology as an excuse for not taking care of your annoying kids. Pick up a book, watch a YouTube video LEARN!!! LEARN WHAT YOUR KID IS DOING SO YOU CAN DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT AND STOP PUSHING IT TO THE REST OF US.
Your kid is NOT my responsibility, and your decision to have a kid isnt my problem. Stay out of open source software space! Keep an eye on your own stupid kids and stop throwing the responsibility onto others. Take responsibility for your own stupid kids. Learn about computers use the ALREADY BUILT IN KIDS SETTINGS THAT ARE ALREADY THERE. Actually be parents, ya know? Like actually learning the tech your kids are using so you know enough to protect them online? Ya know? Instead of relying on the government, or corporations to protect your kid? Ya know? Its almost this weird thing called common sense.
"OH I work in dont have time to watch what hes doing online all the time." Dont have a fucking kid for 1, for 2 again if you actually LEARNED THE TECH you would know you can limit what websites they can visit, you can see their search history, you can limit their screen time with countless apps and different software meant to do just that. There is NO reason for what is happening. Its not for the kids, its not for our own safety. Its for power, control, government overreach, and mass surveillance. Dont fool yourself by believing is ACTUALLY about the kids. Learn what you need to keep your own damn kid safe online and stop putting on the rest of us and relying on others to do it for you.
