Hi guys.

Have these chips on Orange Pi 5, but can’t find them neither in the schematic (https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Wsp-Q7IyG0Ky_W-z1n5oXcFG4oqIbtOb/view) nor by the chip markings.

Those are tiny bga chips marked as D25DH 6QR73 or D3FEH 68S53.

They are located under the CPU, so must be related.

I also noticed that these same chips on the same model of Orange Pi have different markings but in a similar fashion.

I've just received a Manta Kit from #ifixit @iFixit which I paid 55€ for. It was described as "new, but missing/damaged packaging".

In the photo I marked every bit that wasn't in the right place (some were double, so some must be missing) and the grime and damage on the screwdrivers themselves. I've contacted them, let's see how they react.

But this is completely unacceptable and has nothing to do with "we checked the item"

Okay, halp

I'm trying to navigate the #iFixit returns process, and I think I've submitted a request to return a couple of items, but all I've gotten so far is a "confirmation email". No indication of what I'm supposed to do or what's supposed to happen next. I can't find •anything• on the ifixit website that lays out the process. There is no guidance anywhere that I can find.
