Una petroliera è stata presa di mira domenica 1 marzo al largo delle coste dell’Oman e degli Emirati Arabi Uniti, e il suo equipaggio, inclusi quattro feriti, è stato evacuato, nel secondo giorno di attacchi aerei iraniani nel Golfo in rappresaglia per l’attacco israelo-americano, ha riportato l’agenzia di stampa ufficiale dell’Oman.
“Il Centro per la Sicurezza Marittima ha annunciato che la petroliera (Skylight), battente bandiera della Repubblica di Palau, è stata presa di mira a 5 miglia nautiche a nord del porto di Khasab”, ha riferito l’agenzia di stampa omanita Ona. L’equipaggio di 20 persone, tra cui 15 indiani e 5 iraniani, è stato evacuato e, secondo i primi resoconti, 4 di loro “hanno riportato ferite di varia gravità”, ha aggiunto.

A tanker was targeted on Sunday, March 1st, off the coasts of Oman and the United Arab Emirates, and its crew, including four injured, was evacuated, the second day of Iranian air attacks in the Gulf in retaliation for the Israeli-American attack, according to the official Oman news agency.

“The Maritime Security Center announced that the tanker (Skylight), flying the flag of the Republic of Palau, was targeted 5 nautical miles north of the Khasab port,” reported the Oman news agency Ona. The crew of 20 people, including 15 Indians and 5 Iranians, was evacuated and, according to initial reports, 4 of them “sustained injuries of varying severity,” it added.
