No offer for it because, even if standardized (between #IDN, #IRI and #EAI), noone cares to ask for such, because it will break in lots of place (so you would need anyway to ask for one such email + anyway one ASCII email as well), and in turn it breaks in lots of places because people don't care about this new "case" (after berating users for years not to use "special" characters anywhere... 😞 ). #IDNs are already a mess…
