I like the premise of #Humanocracy and #Teal Organizations, but in the end they are just concessions given to workers to make workplace democracy sort of happen, but only when a workplace dictator has a veto right.

True workplace democracy requires that workers decide what to do with the surplus value they generate. I advocate for Humanocracy etc. to make work more human, but we must remember that they are not a complete fix for making workplaces democratic.

A flawed idea that creates hubris and stifles improvement.
