Mum passed away in my arms 13 years ago today. Mr Kitty passing in my arms also, just 39 days ago.

Always an emotional day, the sharpness of the pain never dulls.

Cancer is an insidious disease to all who’ve loved & lost someone, you’ve my greatest sympathies.

The “all clear” has been sounded in #Kyiv. That was certainly the most intense attack I’ve experienced since arriving here in early September. And this, the capital, is the best protected area in #Ukraine. I can’t imagine what it’s like in less well protected areas, let alone on the front lines. Glory to the heros.
