Just unsubscribed my former roommate from Marlboro's paper marketing. She quit smoking ~10 years ago and no longer lives in country.

The ONLY way to get off their mailing list is to call. I was on hold for 15 minutes. They have 6 seconds of music and a 10 second message.

Finally got through and they wanted her full name and date of birth to remove the entry (although when I told the agent she'd moved she just did it).
