ReverendRefAs a general rule I take federal holidays off. It makes it easy for everyone — no mail, I’m off. I don’t always because sometimes things at the church just need to get done, but I did take today off (Presidents’ Day).
I cleaned up my home office and will be fresh for #ShroveTuesday and #AshWednesday.

ikuoJust told an old friend (via text) that no, I don't have time for lunch this weekend (an easier excuse than bringing up covid caution) and no, we don't need a phone call so I can hear all about the (covid-unsafe) cruise he just took.
Do I feel a little bad for being antisocial? Maybe. But not as annoyed & frustrated I'd feel if I went through with either event solely out of social obligation.
Gotta set boundaries for my own mental health.
JonFinished up Homebody today. Excellent game. The story got me a little emotional. Pretty good stuff. Only one of the puzzles made me look stuff up and it was because I was too dense to figure out a clue.
