Not long home from the pool. I changed from going this afternoon to this morning as the wind died down, it was around 20c outside & the pool is set at a lovely 26c even though it’s an outdoor pool.
Guess what, I was able to swim the 1km quite easily 😁, I expected to struggle after no swimming for a good 8 months. Very happy with that, a little more each visit & I’ll be back up to 2km in no time 🏊🏼‍♀️. I loved it, my only issue was my knee clicking when I had my swim fins on, felt weird, hopefully it won’t be a problem. I’m satisfied. #Swimming #Exercise
