5/ DOCUMENT EVERYTHING
Keep notes on every batch:
- Date
- Bean origin and roast date
- Grind setting
- Ratio
- Steep time and temperature
- Tasting notes
When you nail the perfect batch, you'll want to repeat it exactly.
Happy brewing.
Some call it magic. We call it the first cup of the day. ββ¨

February's here. What's your cold brew plan for the month?
New beans to try? Different ratios to experiment with? Maybe it's time to upgrade from CO2 to nitrogen?
The beauty of cold brew is the room for experimentation. Every batch can be different. Every keg is a chance to refine your craft.
What's on your brewing agenda?

I repaired this βsingle-springβ tamper (the one on the right) and was using it like βmeh, it works,β but then it hit me: The spring doesnβt actually do anything π€£. Then I found a dual-spring tamper.
