We did get out this weekend, we visited the nature reserve on the Holkham Estate, North Norfolk coast.

There were Chiffchaffs singing everywhere!

One of the species I most look forward to seeing in #Norfolk are Shore Lark. This year, they were where they were supposed to be at the 'Holkham Gap'. Great sight as they sped about feeding.

From #Norfolk last week, a nicely marked Red Kite was eating its prey. I've often seen them flying of course so it was a little different and special to see one devouring its prey on the ground. Those eyes!
