Finished the Malabrigo KAL Orienta shawl last week. Didn’t need another shawl. But when I saw the pattern, I couldn’t resist, knowing I had just the right yarn in my stash. It’s sock yarn but knitted on 4 mm needles, so it has lovely drape without being too loose. Very pleased with the result. #Knitting #HandKnit
Needles, texture, and a very good shade of green.
Working on the Tara Top by Arnhild Skatved and enjoying every row of it.
I think this one might become a wardrobe favorite.

Being in the car for 17 hours this week was key to finishing this pair of socks so quickly.

It's done! Last night I finished knitting the Midwest Moonlight scarf for my MIL. I washed it and blocked it, and it should (hopefully) be fully dry in a day or so.

This is my second time making this pattern by Ivy Bigelow, and I love how the blocks are angled in different directions. 🧶

I'm making some progress on the Midwest Moonlight scarf for my MIL. This photo was taken last week, when I was at around the two-thirds marker. I'm now around 4/5 of the way through.🧶

One of our best selling designs--we make these pennanular brooches in sterling, hearty-but-light aluminium and copper. They are inspired by old Norse and Pictish pins. This is the sterling version--delicate and perfect for those lace shawls you're knitting. I use mine to close cardigans I've knitted (can't be bothered with buttonholes!) #Knitting #fibreart #handknit #handmake #shawlpin
