Love my newest #Musselburgh made in LolaBean Yarn Company's Moonshine on the Wax Bean base.

I LOVE this base! The 20% silk gives the yarn a drape and a sheen that is gorgeous when paired with this colorway. This is easily my favorite hat now 🧶

The current WIP I'm trying to finish is my sock tube project! I have one set of socks completely done.

Another set I technically finished but I think I want to replace the heels circled completely in the sandy brown color or a deep purple, still deciding.

The last pair will be some ankle socks. I'm going to experiment with adding elastic to the ribbing of these ones :)

In summary this has been a really fun project and the sock tube was a great travel project! However, I am looking forward to being done, since I cast this on in October 2024.

Despite multiple issues with the way the pattern was written, I'm really happy with these finished socks! They're thick, squishy, and warm. (And yes, the legs are the same length when one sock isn't turned sideways.)

Finished my handspun and handknitted Valkyria cardigan a while back and here comes some nice photos!
The knit pattern is by Anna Sjösvärd and the yarn is spun with Herdwick fibers.
