Tuomo HPuhelimen herätys taisi löytää tiensä uneeni. Unessa kuuntelin Björkin Homogenic-levyä kahden muun ihmisen kanssa. He halusivatkin tilalle Sugarcubesia. Yritin ehtiä vaihtamaan levyn ennen kuin Pluto alkaa soimaan, mutten ihan onnistunut tässä -- biisissä oleva tärisevä bassotaajuus alkoi toistumaan (=herätyksen tärinä meni päälle?). Sain Sugarcubesin CD-soittimeen, mutta laite kuulosti olevan rikki. Totesin siirtyväni suoratoistoon, sitten heräsin. Herätys oli soimassa, päässäni koko aamun Pluto. Oli pakko laittaa Homogenic työmatkalle luureihin.

On my Björk journey right now
So far, I've listened to Debut, Post, Homogenic, and Vespertine. Debut and Post are both very nice albums (Hyper-Ballad and It's Oh So Quiet are my favourites from Post). However, Homogenic and Vespertine completely blew me away... 🤯
Homogenic is fucking amazing and creative. Beautiful. No skips. I feel like I could listen to this another 20 times and never get tired of it. Vespertine is similarly magical. I don't think I can decide if either one is better than the other. They're just so good. I have no idea how to describe how I felt while listening... maybe after a couple more listens I can. I'm also kicking myself for not listening to Björk before - her genre-bending style is the exact kind of music I like, and what I look for in other albums
I recommend everyone listens to these two albums at the very least. It'll be a great experience. Anyway, I have more Björk albums to listen to
