* 'i morse' means 'in the morning'
* 'i morgon' means 'tomorrow'
I am going to guess that 'morgon' is distantly related to English 'morrow', in the same sense that you mean it in your greeting.
Here's my reasoning:
In poetic/archaic English, you can say 'on the morrow', which I think means the same as 'i morgon' in modern Swedish. And in modern Swedish, to say 'Good day', you say 'God morgon', which I think is equivalent to the poetic 'Good Morrow' that you use.
