Had a bit of a hectic day, but managed to squeeze in the #Runna “Broken Miles” intervals workout for my Parkrun Improvement Plan, Week 4, Run 2.
It is #GlobalRunnimgDay today, so I was determined to get a run in one way or another.
However, I always battle with pace on the treadmill, with #Stryd telling me I’m running markedly slower than the treadmill. It doesn’t help when I forget to tell my Garmin it’s a treadmill run and not outdoors!
Anyway, it’s another session towards a fitter me!
