Australia has all the submarines it needs, and knows the correct place for their deployment. The only thing we should be putting in the sea is more Prime Ministers.
In about three months it'll be 57 years since we sent our Prime Minister into the sea! This is a disgraceful delay for what we feel should be at least an annual event.
