Gas cans lined up like soldiers. #Generator ready to scream. Snacks secured. If the power goes out, weβll still have heat, hot food, and questionable decision making abilities after drinking all the #moonshine in the bungalow.
Not saying we want the lights to go out⦠but we are absolutely ready to outlast it in comfort. Locals are taking bets on how many days without electicity. They are saying 7 days. I am thinking 5 days. Stay safe, stay warm, and remember: preparation is just anxiety with better equipment + alcohol and books.
(And, no, this isn't staying in the carport.... it has already been moved to it's "housing unit".)
