I now identify as a transmasc agender pansexual being using he/they pronouns!! I remember when I came out as trans around 11 years ago, I first questioned being agender. But, after a long time of identifying as a man, I can safely say that I don't identify with that either. I am still okay with being referred to as "dude" and "bro"!! I see them as gender neutral terms. But, I don't conform to either gender. I've always felt odd being in groups full of just women or just men. I have lived both experiences, but I just don't identify with either!! Thanks for hearing me!!🤍

Schreibe an einer Kurzgeschichte für eine Phantastik-Ausschreibung, da ist Queerness (und Intersektionalität) gern gesehen. Mit dabei: eine agender Nebenfigur, mit dem Pronomen es/ihm.

Ich habe bisher noch nie irgendwo eine deutschsprachige Geschichte gefunden (geschweige denn einen Roman), in dem eine Figur 1. agender ist und 2. diese Pronomen hat, also schreibe ich das einfach mal selbst.

It seems to me that finding #agender representation in popculture and media is almost impossible. Unless you are okay with #genderless angels or robots/androids or other fantasy or science fiction creatures.
I have written an agender angel character myself who is on the ace spectrum.
The book got rejected by a small publisher because they don't publish this kind of queerness. So instead I selfpublished the novel.
I also have written a novella with an agender human person.

Since October 2023, my only hair style has been a buzz cut (or, as it grows a bit sometimes, short hair). And in July 2024, I finally realized that I am agender.

My mom (who doesn't know I am agender and I have no intentions of coming out to her) keeps asking when I wil grow my hair back long, like I used to have for ca. two decades. Because she thinks I have beautiful hair and I should show it.
