Ich komme gerade von einer Baubesprechung (ohne Baustelle)

Bauherr hat mehrere Liegenschaften, hier sanieren wir ein Gebäude einer Liegenschaft. Das Gebäude wird künftig über eine #Wärmepumpe beheizt, von der bestehenden Solarthermie unterstützt und bereitet das Warmwasser mit Hilfe der Gaszentralheizung zu.
Genau darum ging es eben

Die Gasheizung ist 25 Jahre alt und wird perspektivisch in den nächsten Jahren ersetzt werden müssen. Ohne eine Heizung kann die Liegenschaft logischerweise dicht gemacht werden und es entsteht ein riesiger finanzieller Schaden.
Nun kann man eine Heizung in der Größenordnung nicht von jetzt auf gleich tauschen, denn das ist keine Lagerware mehr. Will man eine andere Heizungsart bedarf das einer Planung, auch das ist nicht von jetzt auf gleich gemacht. Der Bau komm dann noch dazu.

Alle Verantwortlichen sind sich nun aber absolut unsicher, was der richtige Weg ist.
Noch mal #Gas?
Pellets?
Zentrale Erdwärmepumpe oder dezentrales Netz aus Luft-Wasser-Wärmepumpen?
Vielleicht ein Hybridsystem?
Kommt vielleicht Wasserstoff?
Solarthermie weiter ausbauen oder mehr PV auf die Dächer?

Die haben null Planungssicherheit, müssten jetzt theoretisch die finanziellen Mittel bereitstellen für Planung und Austausch der Heizung. Die haben jetzt aber Angst, dass wenn sie jetzt ne halbe Million Euro bereitstellen für ne Wärmepumpe, PV und Trafo, dass in 1-2 Jahren - wenn es soweit ist mit dem Bau - die politischen Rahmenbedingungen komplett anders sind und eine Menge Geld in den Sand gesetzt wurde für etwas, dass nicht mehr umsetzbar ist.

Ein großes #FuckYou 🖕🏻hier in Richtung Politik, insbesondere #cducsu mit eurem Scheiß hin und her und der ganzen Desinformation beim Heizungsgesetz.
Ihr raubt jedem Bauherren absolute Planungssicherheit und lasst sie finanziell ins offene Messer laufen und treibt sie ggf. sogar in die Insolvenz dadurch.

I missed out on #opeth tickets at the sydney opera house in nov this year. found some on marketplace and the seller is not too far from me and the price is good. asked to paypal and they can email me a pdf of the tix which they were cool with. just got this;

"I''ve been trying to get answers to why I haven't been able to print out the tickets all day and have just been informed that due to the venue not allowing access to the print function and the tickets until the morning of the event"

typical shitty #ticketek behaviour it seems, though the opera house seems to be enabling them too

I did find https://help.ticketmaster.com.au/hc/en-au/articles/360009945533-Why-can-t-I-print-my-tickets-for-my-event-at-the-Sydney-Opera-House and it mentions "If you elect to collect your tickets from the venue box office, you’ll need to present your photo ID for collection on the day. Early arrival is recommended to avoid delays."

Companies & corporation try to make money while fucking over humans. Part 33278.

Psychological counsellors (plural, many but not all) are being instructed not to engage with material communicated to them by clients in counselling sessions.

tldr: This will fuck up many clients. If you're there already, I suggest, leave & find a humane human to do counselling with.

The fuckage is an attempt to avoid WH&S claims by counsellors for trauma.
