I'm excited to see more people join the process to build up the Democratic Tech Fund. Many of us are fed up by the @DigitalCoup, and we know that there are so many communities already working on bits and pieces of the solution.

We need to do this #bottomup, based on solidarity and commons economics and organising. Let's weave the tech communities with the social movements and the social and solidarity economy. Together we can do this.

@kandid és un sistema per evolucionar gràfics. Els gràfics, a Kandid, no es dibuixen a mà. En canvi, es poden trobar noves formes utilitzant algoritmes genètics. Per aconseguir aquest objectiu, Kandid simula l'evolució utilitzant la reproducció sexual i les poblacions. Però no hi ha una funció d'aptitud al costat del programa. Només l'usuari decideix quines imatges són interessants. Per simular l'evolució, Kandid utilitza l'encreuament, la mutació entre imatges que són membres d'una població.
