Schwierig.
In vielerlei Hinsicht.
Obwohl ich gern zustimme bzw. zustimmen würde.
Einerseits sollten wir der (auch politisch motivierten) #floodofshit etwas positives entgegen setzen.
Andererseits gibt es da die ..ähm für zu viele einfach nicht besser werdende Realität. (u.a. Klima).
Social media sind ja (vom Namen her) dazu da sich auszutauschen und auf viele Arten dann(!) auch helfen zu können, eben auch emotional.
Das fediverse geht da, finde ich, schonmal in eine gute Richtung. 😉

Vielleicht weil die Leute schon lange "gelernt" haben das, ..um mal einen Spruch zu zitieren, "wenn Wahlen etwas ändern könnten wären sie verboten".
Wir haben ein ernsthaftes, wirklich ernsthaftes Problem mit dem "Funktionieren" dieser Demokratie.
Ja, wenigstens könnten die Leute "wählen" gehen.🙄 ...aber die #floodofshit und das straflose(!), zum puren Eigennutz-Handeln der Gewählten... wirken.

Gibt es im fediverse eigentlich "Interessengruppenportale"? Also z.B. eine Motorradgruppeninstanz/-seite(?) wo alle Profile mit Motorradinteresse aufgezählt werden? ...ohne das ich mit Hashtagwolken extra suchen muss?

Imho what is always *not* noted/recognised, in this article as well, is not the lack of apprpriate activity by world leaders but the constant stress of uncertainty and the #floodofshit to the people globally.
As if the trouble of national politics and the struggle of daily life wouldn't be enough.

It DOES something to whole societies.
It fuels frustration (of powerlessness) and aggression which at the end only serves the agenda of fascists.

It needs to be addressed.
