Flinders St was closed to through traffic for 7 years due to Metro Tunnel works.
It's now bumper to bumper, running red lights and blocking intersections again.
We didn't need to increase traffic here. There was no reason to reopen to this street to cars.

A group of masked men and woman throwing banned Nazi salutes and carrying a banner reading 'Expose Jewish Power' have been captured on video terrifying other passengers on a Melbourne train.
The group of about 30 people were singing songs about #whitesupremacy and posing for photographs before they were approached by a small group of #police officers.
