Wednesday 11 km ✅ Foggy run. Walked the first 3-ish km then switched over to running - still trying to shake this injury off. I'm two weeks from 500 days, and I think once I hit that target, I'm taking a break to try and rest. Maybe I'll start taking my bike out for a spin then. For context, since Jan 2020, I've run 1100 days of the 1183 (including 363 halfs, 1 marathon, and 7 ultras). #FeelingBroken
