Some take (hot or cold, who knows?)
'Federated' is kind of weird right now. Toot/Post flooding is okay, but inefficient in terms of "unrecognizable languages" from the POV of someone who knows one language.
Easy fix: Feature request: Translation
Conservative way: Choice to select language specific posts. (If available, please comment)
is #fedifeed down or dead? :blobcatThink:
A Fediverse observer, no strings attached.
#servitor a GO command line program that turns the fediverse, i.e., #activityPub protocol APIs, into a #fediFeed, similar to an RSS feed. No account necessary.
I didn’t try it but the corresponding GIF looks promising.

Update for #fedifeed :
Fedifeed is my project to build a customizable simple algorithm for the Fediverse.
Now it is running 100% in the browser, without the need for a backend server:

Code: https://github.com/pkreissel/foryoufeed
All of this is now based on a package, that can be used in other projects as well, it should even support React Native, and thus mobile apps: https://github.com/pkreissel/fedialgo
This is pretty neat: https://fedifeed.herokuapp.com/
Basically a "for you" feed based on your #Mastodon timeline, with an algorithm that you control the parameters of.
The best part? It doesn't cost $8 and it pisses off #ElonMusk.
