I switched from #BT to #EE (who are in partnership with BT), because I thought I could move my whole family's mobile phone SIMs over.

Guess what? I have to pass a #CreditCheck, even though I've been a reliable customer for donkey's years. My credit rating is fantastic, but the most I can transfer is 3 SIMs. I'll have to wait 3 months for another credit check.

And because I've switched broadband I no longer get a discount on the remaining BT SIM. #WTF
