When your nice (maybe slightly overproofed?) sourdough batards slide off the peel too fast and over the back of the steel, then you get try to fix their position and one sticks to the back of the oven, and then you grab it and drag it back, stretching it along the way, and they both deflate like sad little week old carnival balloons...
