Trump falsely accuses Maryland of sending 'illegal' mail-in ballots

President Donald Trump has falsely accused Maryland officials, including Gov. Wes Moore, of illegally sending hundreds of thousands of mail-in ballots to voters in an effort ensure victory for Democrats. The Maryland State Board of Elections says some voters received a ballot for the wrong party ahead of the state’s 2026 gubernatorial primary election in June due to a vendor error. All voters who may have been affected will receive a replacement ballot and any of the original ballots already sent to election offices will be voided.

3 explosions were heard in the #port city of Bandar Abbas, the #IRGC said in a short statement early Tuesday local time citing sources.

In a later statement, the IRGC said the sound of an explosion has been heard near #BandarAbbas #airport. Iran’s air defense system in Bandar Abbas “has been activated to counter hostile targets,” the IRGC added.
