I could not attend #FOSDEM26 , but this talk is hands down the best one I saw so far.

It worths mentioning that Google cleaned room implementation of JDK (on top of Apache Harmony) did not prevent Oracle vs Google to happen.

Unfortunately most of open-source maintainers are not billionaires, and justice systems are not designed to serve them first.
