Het is niet dat hier niet al jaren voor gewaarschuwd wordt.
Maar als (semi) overheid vooral je hele hebben en houden in de cloud bij Microsoft blijven donderen.
Im Übrigen bin ich der Meinung, dass Unternehmen, welche dem US-CloudAct oder FISA unterliegen, von der Errichtung und dem Betrieb kritischer Infrastrukturen ausgeschlossen werden müssen.
Und zwar umgehend und schnellstmöglich.

Die lobbyistische Einflussnahme auf Regierung und BSI dürfte noch größer sein, als in der Fossilwirtschaft, wenn man dem Artikel folgt. Und das vermutlich auch in Europa, wie das Beispiel "von der Leyen" unlängst nahelegte.

Today the US dedicates enormous resources to DHS's I&A and HSI, and FBI's IB, all domestic intelligence.
Has the public considered in plain terms the risks of this move to domestic intelligence? Consider the arguments against arising with original FISA.
In April 2024, the US reauthorized FISA Section 702 with expanded scope. Any US company that "touches" communications infrastructure can now be compelled to assist surveillance.
Meanwhile, the White House removed PCLOB members, leaving the oversight board without a quorum.
