The Govanhill Baths on the Southside of Glasgow were built in the 1910s as a public baths and wash house. On the piers and pillars leading up to its entrance are a large number of almost perfectly spherical dimples. This video shows how they were created by generations of children twisting large, pre-decimal pennies into the stonework as they waited to go inside.
