Milestone for European open science
- NORDUnet celebrates the launch of the #eoscEUNode

The EOSC (European Open Science Cloud) EU Node was officially launched during the #EOSCSymposium 2024 in Berlin, Germany, following the technical presentation in Brussels on October 10th.

This is a major milestone for the advancement towards the implementation of a global interoperable platform to enhance multi-disciplinary and multi-national open science research across Europe.

The participants in the discussion at #EOSCSymposium2024 agreed that #FAIR #RDM must be integrated into the curriculum as quickly as possible in order to achieve a multiplier effect.
On the other hand, however, this will not be enough to reach all levels of academic levels. There are dependencies that Bachelor students cannot break through. Therefore, in my opinion, it is not enough to focus exclusively on training for early career scientists.
