On my second last train of the day, a TGV from Paris Montparnasse to Saint-Pierre-des-Corps.

Since #EN345 left Malmö at 3.10 this morning (the guard gave me a copy of the working timetable) that makes 5 countries in one day. 🇸🇪🇩🇰🇩🇪🇧🇪🇫🇷

I have to say the availability and quality of food has been on the slide since leaving Sweden, but overall it’s been another relatively painless and relaxing trip.

I’ve sat next to and talked to scientists on two of my trains, and my talk is ready for #Blois2023 tomorrow!

I was messed around by SJ last time I tried to take their night train to Germany, and so this leg of my trip, the night train from Stockholm to Hamburg, is free.

However the fact the destination is showing as Linköping/Malmö is ominous 😅… still, I have faith!
