#Thinking about this new trend of #DigitalHygien and how do #Google and #Apple solve the problem at mobile.

They just give you an instrument to metric your phone usage. Like you have an instrument that allows you to block and stop yourself while you are doing something.

I think it is nice instrument... for those, who can't control themselves. It's like calculating calories - fun game. But it doesn't solve the problem. Because when you stop doing this - you get where you started from very soon.
