Saboteur Awards 2023 voting form

Welcome to the Saboteur Awards 2023 form. We are accepting nominations in 12 categories. You must vote in a minimum of 3 categories (this is to avoid "spam-voting") and you of course can make nominations in all 12 groups. Some fields are "mandatory." If you aren't voting in that category enter an 'NA'. If you are voting in that category, we've made these fields mandatory to make sure we have all the right information to count your vote. Nominations have been received by the public and below are the short listed entrants. The second and final round of voting is now open. This round will close on Wednesday 21st June at 11.50pm. The award ceremony is taking place on Saturday 24th June in Birmingham.
