What's interesting about this is not just the where but the when. The natural thing for physics and engineering inclined folks is to want to in some sense reverse engineer the constellation of phenomenologies that outline precognition, telepathy and other effects that are not difficult to study in a controlled way. These are people (hello) long past acceptance that weight of evidence is robust and applications a logical next step-
