Il Tempo: Bullismo, De Felice (Inps): "I giovani cercano sostegno nello Stato"
Roma, 21 mag. (Adnkronos) - “I giovani sentono un disagio diffuso ed esistenziale e quindi cercano punti di approdo, sia nella famiglia che nella scuola. Tuttavia, è sempre più evidente che i giovani cerchino un sostegno nello Stato e nelle istituzioni”. Lo ha detto Diego De Felice, direttore centrale comunicazione Inps nel suo intervento alla Maratona del Bullismo 2026 organizzata dall'Osservatorio Nazionale sul bullismo e sul disagio giovanile al palazzo dell'Informazione dell'Adnkronos.
“Anche noi come Inps, che siamo articolazione dello Stato, ci siamo posti il problema di colloquiale con il mondo giovanile nella fase critica in cui i giovani si allontanano dal mondo scolastico e si approcciano al mondo lavorativo o universitario. Lo facciamo parlando il loro linguaggio”, ha aggiunto, elencando i sistemi che l'ente previdenziale offre ai giovani nella fase complicata in cui si passa dal mondo scolastico a quello lavorativo o universitario. “Abbiamo fatto un portale giovani per offrire formazioni mirate in cui si identifica chi è occupato o disoccupato”. Un sistema che permette di identificare i ragazzi che non studiano né lavorano che in Italia “sono circa un milione e mezzo e sono quelli spesso più attratti da fenomeni di bullismo. Riuscire a offrire dei servizi a loro è anche un contrasto per derive negative”, ha spiegato De Felice, che ha sottolineato come il vero strumento per contrastare i fenomeni di disagio resta l'educazione nelle scuole.

Rome, May 21 (Adnkronos) – “Young people feel a widespread and existential discomfort and therefore seek points of reference, both in the family and at school. However, it is increasingly evident that young people seek support from the State and institutions.” This was said by Diego De Felice, Central Communication Director of the INPS (Italian Social Security Institute), in his speech at the 2026 Anti-Bullying Marathon organized by the National Observatory on Bullying and Youth Discomfort at the Adnkronos Information Building.
“We at INPS, as an articulation of the State, have also addressed the problem of informally communicating with the youth world in the critical phase in which young people distance themselves from school and approach the world of work or university. We do this by speaking their language,” he added, listing the systems that the social security institute offers young people in the complicated phase of transitioning from school to work or university. “We have created a youth portal to offer targeted training where those who are employed or unemployed are identified.” A system that allows identifying young people who do not study or work – approximately one and a half million in Italy – who are often most attracted to bullying phenomena. Being able to offer them services is also a counter to negative trends,” explained De Felice, who emphasized that the true tool for combating phenomena of distress remains education in schools.
