π In Septemberβs VulnTracking Report, we highlight a pattern: attackers continue to favor DataCenter IPs, which are 7Γ more likely to exploit known vulnerabilities than residential ones.
π‘Our data shows that while over 90% of IPs online are residential, fewer than 1% are used for exploitation attempts, compared to 7% of DataCenter IPs.
This month, we also added 55 new vulnerabilities and exploits to our detection database, translating them into CrowdSec scenarios, AppSec rules, and CTI entries.

π In Juneβs VulnTracking Report, we dive into CrowdSec data and highlight a clear trend: older CVEs (n-days) are still doing damage.
Our observations show that attackers continue to target overlooked, unpatched vulnerabilities, often long after public attention has faded.
π‘ Key insights this month:
β’ Exploits are often weaponized before patches are even applied
β’ Enterprise CVEs (like @sitecore) were exploited within 12 hours of disclosure
β’ Chinaβs ongoing focus on legacy vulnerabilities mirrors findings from the @AtlanticCouncil
